This has to be my favourite place in the country! There is somthing magical about the Waitakere and I always love visiting here. I am so happy there is a shuttle bus down to Auckland so I can go anytime!

the best way to finish my time in New Zealand. The weather wasn't the greatest In the morning with rain but that wasn't effected by the walk we did that was covered by beautiful trees!
The beach is gorgeous but the sand is way too hot! make sure you wear shoes on the beach! A must do 5/5 the drive down was also incredible
What an awesome place to visit so much to do and the beach seems endless! the drive over was fantastic and full of good vibes from Mike the driver and the other people.will definitely be going again !!
